Gemini's Network Reset Advice Knocked Out My Home Internet Completely

I currently can't use my home internet at all because of a problem I had with the Gemini assistant. About 30 minutes ago, when I told Gemini about a connection issue I was having, it told me to reset my network, saying that my internet would come back once I did that. After following this guidance, I reset my network, but my internet went out completely and never came back. There's no reported outage or service issue on the telecom provider's end, so I'm filing this complaint against Gemini because I believe there was an error or faulty guidance here. Right now I have no internet access at all, and I can't even meet a basic need. I'm requesting that Gemini stop causing this kind of harm by giving users incorrect guidance, that the technical instructions it provides be reviewed, and that this situation be taken seriously and corrected. I'm also requesting clearer, more accountable disclaimers for situations like this, and that the Gemini service be shut down under these circumstances.
