On the evening of December 18, around 8:00 PM, I experienced a serious issue while using the Gemini app on my Android phone and the Gemini Dreams channel on WhatsApp. I copied the prompt texts I had written in the WhatsApp Gemini Dreams channel and pasted them into the Gemini app, asking it to generate the exact same image. Not only did the app fail to generate the requested image, but shortly afterward my account was restricted.
After this restriction, I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it. However, this time the app would not open at all. I followed the troubleshooting steps I found online exactly as instructed, went into the settings, cleared the app data, and then the app was finally able to open. Despite this, my account is still not being accepted, the restriction remains in place, and this situation is causing me significant difficulty.
I would like to receive a clear explanation for the restriction I experienced in both Gemini and the WhatsApp Gemini Dreams channel. I request that my account be restored and the restriction removed. Additionally, I ask for an explanation as to why the images I requested were not generated and why I was restricted during this process.
