I noticed that my Space C***** card has been charged regularly under the name “GearUP Booster.” The first charge was made in December, and since then, recurring payments have continued to be deducted from my card without my knowledge or authorization.
When I contacted my bank regarding this issue, I was told that I needed to submit my complaint in writing. I do not recall ever approving this subscription, and I am not actively using the GearUP Booster service.
I request that these unauthorized recurring charges be stopped immediately and that all amounts deducted from my card so far be fully refunded to me.
