They say they have a 30-day return policy, but you should hear what I have to say…first they tried to bribe me with discounts on stuff I didn't even want, I declined asked for my full price. My return request was based on their false advertising! the glow-in-the-dark ball not what they said, in the sun or at dark, followed their return instructions exactly, even paid for shipping myself, and they still wouldn't take it! I'm not throwing any more money at them to send this thing back and forth. Seems pretty clear this company is all about shady marketing and terrible customer service. They sell you junk with fancy promises, and then make it impossible to get your money back. Check out their Facebook page, see how fast they delete bad reviews. Just stay away from this whole mess, save yourself the trouble!
