I am writing about a problem I experienced with a Robux purchase through the Star Pets app on my Android device. On or around December 14, 2025, I paid 22 dollars using my GCash account to buy Robux in Star Pets, but the Robux never arrived in my Roblox account. The money was successfully taken from my GCash, yet I did not receive the Robux or any in‑game items in Star Pets in return. I also did not see any clear explanation in the app about why the purchase failed, and I do not have a transaction ID from Star Pets for this payment. Since I paid real money and did not receive what I purchased, I request a full refund of the 22 dollars to my GCash account as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be checked and resolved quickly so that I do not lose my money for a product I never received.
