I Face Constant Losses and Freezing Issues with Kingroyal Gates of Olympus Slot

I have been playing on the Kingroyal platform for a long time, mainly focusing on the Gates of Olympus slot game with my friends. However, over the past two weeks, I started playing again and have been experiencing serious problems. In just one night, I lost ₺1,000, and in total, I have lost nearly ₺6,000. The situation feels unfair because the game is not running properly. There are constant freezes and lags during gameplay, and sometimes my deposited money disappears before I can even enter the game.

In the past, I was able to reach customer service through WhatsApp, but now that option no longer exists, and I cannot get any support from Kingroyal. On top of that, my phone number has changed, which prevents me from updating my account information. I also do not use Telegram, so I am left without any way to contact the support team. While my account itself (R***) shows no technical issues, the games constantly freezing combined with continuous losses have made me feel misled and taken advantage of.

I am asking Kingroyal to review the technical problems, investigate my significant losses, and provide compensation. At the very least, I expect a bonus or recovery credit to restore some of my trust. I had been a loyal user of this platform for a long time, but my confidence in Kingroyal has now been badly shaken. I want a prompt resolution and a fair chance to play without being disadvantaged by technical failures.

I have been experiencing serious problems with the games on the Olympos site for about 1.5 months. Today, I invested 1000 TL, but there were no multipliers in the game and I couldn’t properly participate in the game. My investment was made via the FAST method and the correction was done by a representative, but the problems I am experiencing continue. Both I and my friends around me play the Olympos game, but no one has been able to win for a long time and no multipliers appear. What I expect from Olympos is for multipliers to appear fairly in the games and to at least have some chance of winning. I am definitely not satisfied with the current situation.
