Missing Funds on Gate.io – Withdrawal Processed Without My Action
While reviewing the withdrawal steps on my Gate.io account, I stopped the process midway without entering a transfer address. Despite this, funds have been deducted from my account, and I have no idea where they were sent. Since I did not provide any address, this should not have happened.
I have no information about the destination or recipient of these funds, and I am unsure how to resolve this situation. I sent an email to Gate.io support, but I have not received any response.
I urgently request Gate.io to investigate this issue, trace where my funds were sent, and provide a clear resolution. Immediate action is needed to prevent further distress.
