
I transferred money from my Gate.io account to my Gate.io TR account, but the funds never arrived. Despite the money being deducted from my Gate.io account, the transfer didn't go through. I repeated the process, but still no success. In frustration, I clicked a link sent to my email, and suddenly my account was closed! Now, I’m locked out, and I still have money in the account. What happens to my funds now? I’ve lost a significant amount of money, and I urgently need Gate.io to resolve this issue and restore access to my account. This is unacceptable, and I demand immediate assistance!
