Can't Access Gate.io Account Due to 2FA Issues
I have been unable to access my Gate.io account for nearly two years due to losing the phone I originally used for Google Authenticator (2FA). I need to have the 2FA disabled so I can regain access to my account. I have already provided all the requested information via email, including correct email and phone number details, but it has been over a month with no resolution.
There is no customer representative, live chat, or anyone to directly address my issue, which has been incredibly frustrating. As a user, I expect better support from Gate.io. Please prioritize my case and resolve this issue promptly so I can access my account again. I am awaiting your urgent response.
