On April 22, 2025, I bought 2,656.66 DOGE5S tokens on Gate.io at a price of 0.0085 USDT. Later, I placed a sell order at 0.008 USDT. The order went through successfully—DOGE5S was trading around 0.86 USDT at the time. However, despite the sale going through, the funds never showed up in my account.
To make things worse, my account shows that 2.5 DOGE5S tokens were sold at 0.73 USDT, but neither the corresponding USDT nor the remaining coin balance appears in my wallet. It’s as if my assets just vanished.
This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I demand a full explanation and immediate resolution. Where are my coins? Where is the money from my sale? Gate.io, you need to take this issue seriously, investigate it urgently, and return what’s rightfully mine.
