Gate.io Didn’t Execute My Sell Order—Lost 7700 USDT! Where’s My Money?

I had EOS5L tokens on Gate.io Global, and I placed a sell order at $1.10 when the price was low. However, when the token dropped, my loss was immediately reflected in my account, but when the price surged by 100,000%, my sell order was never executed. This is completely unfair and has caused me a massive loss.

Right now, I should have 7,700 USDT in my account, but instead, I only see 8 USDT! Why wasn’t my order processed when the price increased? Gate.io must urgently fix this issue and compensate me for the missing funds. I demand an immediate resolution—where is my money?
