Gate.io Didn’t Credit Full Amount After BCH5S Sell Order

I placed a sell order for 5,629.5 BCH5S tokens on Gate.io, and although the platform confirmed that the full order was sold, my account only shows 56.2 tokens as being sold. I should still have 5,573.3 tokens in my account, but my balance is now zero. Neither the funds nor the remaining tokens have been credited to my account. I’ve been left with no clear explanation or resolution for this issue. Gate.io, I expect immediate action to correct this mistake and credit the missing funds or tokens to my account. This situation is highly concerning, and I need a resolution right away.
