Gate.io Manipulates Coin Quantity & Has No Real Customer Support
Gate.io is misleading users by manipulating coin quantities. Despite my low-cost investment, my holdings appear incorrectly, showing fewer coins than I should have. It feels like they intentionally reduced my coin count, and after waiting months for this to be resolved, nothing has changed.
To make matters worse, Gate.io has no real customer support. There is no phone number to call, and all inquiries are handled by useless bots that do nothing to help. This is unacceptable for a platform handling people’s hard-earned money.
I demand a clear explanation and correction of my coin count. Gate.io must fix these issues and provide real customer support, not just automated responses.
