Gate.io Two-Factor Verification Blocks Account Login

I have a Gate.io account registered with the email address sn*@gmail.com**. Because my phone number changed, I have been unable to log into this account for about one year, and there was approximately $10 remaining in my account balance.
I still have access to my registered email address, but since my phone number has changed, I cannot pass the security verification, which prevents me from accessing my account. This situation has been ongoing for a long time, and being unable to access my own account has caused me inconvenience.
I am requesting that Gate.io update the phone number linked to my account after completing the necessary identity and security verifications, restore my access to the account, and enable me to use the remaining balance in my account.
