Gate.io Authenticator Reset Delayed for Over 11 Days

I lost access to my Gate.io Authenticator code and applied for a reset 11 days ago. Despite submitting all the required documents online promptly, the reset process has still not been completed. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, as I am unable to access my account or make transactions.

I expected Gate.io to resolve this issue efficiently, but the lack of progress is extremely frustrating. I urgently request that my Authenticator code be reset without further delay and that Gate.io improve its support system for such critical issues.

Users should not have to face such long waits for a resolution, especially when providing all necessary documentation on time. Please address this matter immediately.
