Gate.io Authenticator Code Error

Since March 2nd, 2024, I've been unable to access my Gate.io account because I'm not receiving the Authenticator code on my phone. For 27 consecutive days, I've been sending them emails on a daily basis, yet it appears that my efforts are going unnoticed. I've sent them the information and photos they asked for multiple times, but there has been no response or action taken. Whenever I attempt to reach out to customer service, I consistently receive a notification stating that there is a substantial number of individuals ahead of me in the queue. This situation is incredibly exasperating.
