Gate.io Authenticator Reset Request Ignored After 3 Days
On November 11, 2024, I submitted a request to Gate.io to reset my Authenticator for the account linked to g****[email protected]. The support team initially confirmed that my request was accepted and assured me the Authenticator reset details would be sent to my email within three days.
Today marks the third day, and I have yet to receive any email or reset code. When I contacted customer support to follow up, they shockingly claimed no such request had been made. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable.
I am asking Gate.io’s technical support to urgently review my case, verify my request, and provide me with the promised reset information. Please resolve this issue promptly, as I am unable to access my account.
