Received an Empty Package of Garnier Serum Sheet Mask

Today, on 31/12/2025, I purchased a Garnier Bright Complete Vitamin C Serum Mask from a local store in Rampurhat, Birbhum, for 100 rupees. At night, around 11:05 pm, when I opened the packet to use it, I was shocked to find the packet completely empty, with no sheet mask inside at all. I generally love Garnier products and have trusted the brand, so facing this kind of issue has really broken my heart and disappointed me, especially on the eve of the New Year, as I had bought this product to pamper myself for the occasion. I have not yet contacted the shopkeeper or Garnier customer care, but I am writing here to report this issue so that it can be taken seriously. I kindly request a refund or a replacement for this empty Bright Complete Vitamin C Serum Mask, whichever is possible and appropriate. I also expect Garnier to check the relevant batch and quality control so that other customers do not face the same problem in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response and a quick resolution to this matter.
