Unable to Access Garena Free Fire Team Matches Due to Processor Error

Hello, for the past week, I have been unable to enter any games other than Lone Wolf, and I cannot join groups either. Even if I open a group, no one can join. I can only enter Lone Wolf, which is a single player, but I cannot enter the team mode. Please help me! My Garena Free Fire account number is 3048291149.
