My Garena Free Fire Account Restricted—Only Able to Play Lone Wolf and Training Modes

I'm experiencing a serious issue with Garena Free Fire. Currently, I can only play Lone Wolf and Training modes. The world chat is completely blank, and I can't access any team-based modes. I keep receiving a "suspicious player" error, which is preventing me from joining other game modes. I'm stuck playing solo in Lone Wolf mode, where almost everyone is using cheats, ruining the experience.

This is incredibly frustrating, and I urgently need this issue resolved. I just want to enjoy the full range of game modes without these restrictions. Garena, please fix this problem as soon as possible. My player ID is 7010473112. I hope you can review my account and remove these limitations so I can get back to playing normally.
