Garena Free Fire Account Restricted to Lone Wolf Mode Due to Suspicious Player Error

I'm currently facing a major issue with Garena Free Fire. I can only play Lone Wolf mode and nothing else. The world chat is completely empty, and I can't join any team modes. I keep getting a "suspicious player" error, which has restricted me from playing anything other than solo Lone Wolf mode. In this mode, almost everyone is using cheats, making it impossible to enjoy the game.

This is extremely frustrating, and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. I just want to play all the modes normally without restrictions. Garena, please fix this problem immediately. My player ID is 6063210844. I hope you can review my account and lift these restrictions so I can enjoy the game fully again.
