I have been a long-time player of your game and have thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I am currently unable to play due to several frustrating issues:

I am unable to form a team.
When I try to enter Ranked matches, the game does not start.
The only mode I can play is "Lone Wolf," which limits my overall gaming experience.
