My Garena Free Fire Sets and Emotes Not Loading for Months

Garena, for the last two or three months, my Free Fire account has had a serious problem: none of my purchased sets or emotes are loading! Everything appears as if it's still downloading, but nothing ever changes. I can't even see the emote animations for my colorful outfit. After investing money and effort into building my collection, it's extremely frustrating to not be able to use or even see these items properly.
