Garena Free Fire Account Hacked Then Wrongfully Banned for Cheats

My Garena Free Fire account (UID: 2381035015, username: maلık. A) was hacked around July. I was playing on the Android platform, and I realized there was unauthorized access when I received a warning email from Google. After I managed to recover my account, I saw that it had been banned. The reason shown for the ban was cheat usage, but I have been playing the game since 2019 completely by the rules and have never used cheats or any third-party apps.

I have consistently purchased diamonds for my account, investing more than ₺80,000 in total. Unfortunately, the FF Top Up Center only shows purchase history for the last two months, so I cannot access proof of my older transactions. After already going through the frustration of having my account hacked, being banned for cheating—which I did not do—was devastating.

I contacted the support team right after recovering my account, but I feel like my case has not been taken seriously enough. I am asking for my account to be reviewed again, for the ban to be lifted, and especially for my login history to be checked in detail. My account has very high financial and emotional value to me. I kindly request that my issue be resolved and my account restored.
