Free Fire Account Hacked and Banned Despite No Cheats — Appeal for Review

My Garena Free Fire Android account (UID: 2871382025, in-game name: MR raj ff) was stolen in early March 2022. After I recovered the account through Facebook, I learned it had been permanently banned due to actions taken by an unauthorized user. I’ve been playing legitimately since 2019, I have never used cheats, and I’ve regularly spent money on the account. The actions that led to the ban were not mine; they happened after my account was stolen.

I changed my Facebook password and enabled security measures. However, when I contacted Garena customer support, I was told my account was permanently banned and no other solution was offered. I haven’t noticed any missing information or changes to my account—it was simply banned.

I request a thorough review of my case and for the ban to be lifted. This account is very important to me, and I ask that my loss be remedied as soon as possible.
