My Free Fire Account Ban Was Unfairly Extended Without Explanation

On my Free Fire account with the username •°merve°•, I received a ban starting on August 20. According to the system, the ban was supposed to end on August 23 at 19:15. However, when I waited for the ban period to expire and checked again, I saw that the duration had been extended until August 25 without any explanation. During this time, I have been unable to use the microphone and chat features in the game.
I have never experienced such an issue before, and I am very frustrated that the ban was extended without reason or notification. I also don’t know how to properly contact customer service, which leaves me without any direct support. My account does not have any purchases or payment history, and I play on an Android device.
I believe my ban was unfairly prolonged and demand that it be lifted immediately. Players should not be punished further without clear justification, as it ruins the gaming experience and creates unnecessary stress.
