I Face Unfair Voice Chat Ban in Free Fire on Android Despite No Misconduct
I play Free Fire on the Android platform, and my in-game username is “gece.” Despite never engaging in any inappropriate behavior — in fact, I rarely even turn my microphone on — I have now received a voice chat ban for the second time without any valid reason. I discovered the ban while I was at school, not even logged into the game, yet my account had been restricted. Because of this ban, I cannot speak in any in-game groups, whether in my friends’ squad or in random matches.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I regularly encounter players using offensive language and insults in voice chat without facing any penalties, while I am banned for doing nothing. I have also purchased paid content on my account, and this restriction has significantly disrupted my gaming experience.
I request that the Free Fire team immediately lift this unfair voice chat ban, investigate the matter thoroughly, and provide a clear explanation as to why this restriction was applied to my account. My ability to communicate in-game should be fully restored without further delay.
