My FF UID Was Hacked and Permanently Banned Due to Unauthorized Use

My FF account (UID: 2400718445; in-game name: ßBLovf) was taken around a month ago. After regaining it via Facebook, I discovered that it had been restricted owing to actions taken by an unauthorized user. Since 2020, I've played properly, never used cheats, and have made regular purchases to build up my account. I feel the ban was due to the hacker's activities, not mine.
