Lost Free Fire ID

I have been playing Free Fire on my Android phone using my Facebook login, and I would like to recover my old account. When I log in with Facebook now, instead of opening my original account, the game starts a completely new account at around level 2. My real Free Fire account ID is 1123333881, and I lost access to it about one year ago. Until this problem started, I was always entering the game via the same Facebook account on my Android device. I did not change my Facebook profile intentionally. I have also made purchases on this Free Fire account through Google Play and therefore I have a payment history linked to this ID, which can help confirm that this is my account. I kindly request that my old Free Fire account with ID 1123333881, linked to my Facebook login, be investigated and restored to me, and that the new low‑level account opened by mistake be removed or separated from my Facebook. I am ready to share any additional information or screenshots needed to verify my ownership of the account.
