I Paid ₹1,249 for Free Fire Diamonds but Never Received Them

I am a Free Fire player and am writing to report a problem with a diamond top-up that has not been credited to my account.
On June 13, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM, I made a payment of ₹1,249 through Google to purchase diamonds for my Free Fire account. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, confirming that the transaction was completed from my side.
However, despite the payment being processed successfully, no diamonds have been credited to my Free Fire account. My Free Fire UID is 8656411968.
It has now been more than 24 hours since the payment was made, and I have been patiently waiting for the diamonds to appear in my account. Unfortunately, the balance remains unchanged, and I have not received the purchased diamonds.
I would like to clarify that I am not requesting a refund. I simply want the diamonds that I paid for to be delivered to my Free Fire account as intended.
I respectfully request that Garena urgently review this transaction, verify the payment, and credit the purchased diamonds to UID 8656411968 without any further delay.
