Garena Has Not Resolved My Free Fire Account Suspension

I am a Free Fire player, and my in‑game account has been suspended for a long time. My Free Fire ID is 1041180474, and my in‑game name is “Ak gayas yt”. The suspension took place on 23/03/2019, and since that date, I have not been able to access and use my account. After the suspension, I contacted Garena/Free Fire support about this issue, but despite my attempts, my problem has not been resolved, and my account remains suspended. I would like my account and the decision regarding it to be reviewed in detail. As a result of this complaint, I request that my Free Fire account with ID 1041180474 and name “Ak gayas yt” be reactivated if possible, or at least that I receive a clear and detailed explanation regarding the suspension decision.
