Garena Free Fire Suspended My ID During Training for No Reason

I was just practicing in Garena Free Fire Training mode when I was suddenly logged out of the game. Then I received a message saying my ID had been suspended. I honestly have no idea why this happened.

I received some OTP messages on my phone from unknown third-party apps, and now the game claims I used a third-party application. But this is absolutely false—I never used any unauthorized tools or cheats.

I’ve been playing Free Fire for the past 4 to 5 years, always fairly and respectfully. I’ve invested time and passion into this game, and it’s really upsetting that my account was suspended without cause.

Please review my case and lift the suspension. I just want my game ID back so I can play normally again. My only question is—when will I get my account back?
