Garena Free Fire Account Banned Unfairly – Request Account Unban

For about 6–7 months my Garena Free Fire account has been banned due to so‑called “abnormal activity,” and I believe this decision is unfair. At the time of the ban, my own phone was lost, so my Free Fire ID was logged in on my friend’s mobile device. I did not use cheats, hacks or any illegal tools, and I did not intend to break any rules. I think the system may have detected unusual activity simply because my account was being used from a different device after my phone was lost. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail again and that the ban on my ID be removed so I can continue playing with my existing progress and items.
