Free Fire Unfair Ban After Facing Wall-Hackers

In Free Fire, I have suffered serious injustice due to frequent behind-wall kills (wall hacks) in EC ranked and BR modes. Because cheaters disrupted fair competition in the game, my account (ID: 1850473841) was permanently banned unjustly. As a long-time player, I have never used cheats—and I never will.
On my account there are about $100 USD worth of spending and a lot of effort invested. I don’t remember the exact date of the ban, but after a long time waiting for support, I still haven’t received any response.
I request that my unjustly banned account be reviewed and restored, and that the cheaters be identified and appropriate actions taken. I ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
