Free Fire Account Unban

My Free Fire account has been permanently suspended for alleged hacking, and I am requesting a detailed re‑investigation and reactivation of my account. My Free Fire UID is 850607401 and my in‑game nickname is “UP50_ RAJPUT”. My account was banned around 4–5 years ago. When I try to log in, I see a message saying that there are abnormal activities on my account and that it has been suspended permanently for using hacks. I have never used any hacks, cheats, or third‑party tools on my account, so I believe this ban is a mistake. I contacted Free Fire support 2–3 times and explained that I did not hack and requested my account back. Each time, I received the same answer that my account is permanently banned and the decision cannot be changed. After those attempts, I am now not even able to log in to the Free Fire support system with this account, so I cannot create new tickets or follow up further. This account is very valuable to me because I spent a lot of time and effort playing the game. I kindly request that my account with UID 850607401 be thoroughly re‑checked, that any misunderstanding about hacking be corrected, and that my account be reactivated, or at least that I receive a clear and detailed explanation with evidence about why it was permanently banned.
