Free Fire Max Account Compromised and Support Not Responding

I am writing to report a serious security issue involving my Garena Free Fire Max account. On February 22, there was an unauthorized login to my account, and approximately 600 diamonds and 300,000 gold were taken without my knowledge or permission.
This situation has caused me significant distress, as these in-game items were earned and purchased through my own time, effort, and money. I did not share my account details with anyone.
I have already submitted a complaint to your support team, but I have not received any response so far. I respectfully request that my stolen 600 diamonds and 300,000 gold be restored to my account and that this unauthorized login be thoroughly investigated to ensure my account is properly secured against future incidents.
I ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
