I am writing about a serious issue with my old Free Fire account, which was linked to my VK account. I live and play in Cambodia, and I had spent around $30 on this account before I lost access to it.
On May 13, my phone—the one I used for this VK-linked Free Fire account—was broken, and the people who had the phone disappeared with it. Since then, I have not been able to log in to my VK account because I no longer have the password, and as a result, I cannot access my old Free Fire account.
I kindly request that you review my situation and, if possible, transfer the progress and purchases from my old VK-linked Free Fire account to my new Free Fire account (ID: 13117839885). I would like to continue playing on my new account without losing the money I previously spent.
