At the time of the suspension, my in-game nickname was “kingpro,” my level was approximately 56, and my Free Fire ID was 3237991090.
I did not use any hacking tools, cheats, or third-party software while playing the game. The only non-standard app on my phone, apart from regular applications, was TubeMate, and I believe this may have been mistakenly flagged by the system.
In the past, another person had access to my account, and I am concerned that my account may have been affected by their actions, even though I personally never used any hacks or unauthorized tools.
After my account was suspended, I contacted Garena/Free Fire support and explained that I did not use any third-party tools or hacks. I requested a review of my account, but it has still not been restored.
