FF Account Ban Appeal

I am a Free Fire player on Android and I play on a Samsung Galaxy J7. My Free Fire account is linked to Facebook and my in‑game name was “Naruto 786” with UID 6188956883. My account was suspended in 2021 and since then, whenever I try to log in, I only see the message that my account has been suspended and I cannot access it anymore. Before the suspension, I had spent a significant amount of money on this account, approximately 20,000–30,000 rupees, on various in‑game purchases. Later on, I learned that a friend had hacked into my account and used it without my knowledge, and I believe this unauthorized activity may have led to the suspension. I also have issues with my email and password, which makes it even harder for me to recover the account properly. I tried to contact Free Fire / Garena support for ID recovery and help about the suspension, but I did not receive any clear or helpful response, only general or automated messages, so I never received a specific explanation about why my account was banned or how I could fix the situation. I kindly request that my Free Fire account, its activity, and all the purchases made on it be carefully reviewed, taking into account that my account was hacked and misused without my permission. I am asking for the suspension on my account to be lifted and my access, progress, and purchases to be restored, or for another fair solution that returns the value of what I spent. I am ready to cooperate fully, provide any information needed, and follow all game rules, and I would like a fair second chance for my account to be checked again.
