I am the original owner of the Free Fire account with UID 2590771215. My account was originally linked to my Gmail address (mahak***@gmail.com) and I have always played using my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. On 11 March 2026 I received unusual security alerts and realized that my account had been hacked. The hacker removed my Google login, changed the nickname and login method, and since then I have completely lost access to my account. To prove that this account belongs to me, I have attached multiple screenshots, including Google security alerts, account profile information, gameplay details, and device history that clearly show the account was originally linked to my Gmail and used on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I have already contacted Garena several times through the website ticket system and the account recovery support page, but I only received automatic replies and my case was not reviewed manually, so my problem is still unresolved. I kindly request that my case be manually reviewed and that my Free Fire account be fully restored, relinked to my original Gmail address and that all changes made by the hacker be reversed. This account is very important to me and I have invested a lot of time in it, so I urgently request your help in recovering it.

I play Garena Free Fire on my Android device and I am having a serious problem with my account links. On 2 March 2026, my Free Fire account was affected when it became linked to an email address that does not belong to me, namely “manahilc***[email protected]”. This email is unauthorized and I did not give permission for my account to be connected to it. My original and rightful email for this Free Fire account is “mahak46***[email protected]”. I have all the necessary proof and evidence that I am the real owner of the account, and I am ready to provide these documents and screenshots when requested through the official support channels. I kindly request that you remove the unauthorized email address “[email protected]” from my Free Fire account and recover my account by relinking it back to my original Gmail, so that I can safely access and use my account again. I ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
