Diamond Top Up BD Failed To Deliver 520 Diamonds After BKash Payment

I am writing to complain about a failed Free Fire diamond purchase from Diamond Top Up BD. On 28 September 2026 I bought 520 diamonds for my Free Fire account, but the order remains pending and no diamonds have been added to my game account. The purchase was made for my Free Fire account named “모BD71 × ASHIK” with UID 2814479123, which is at level 68. I paid a total of 1150 BDT via bKash for 520 diamonds. The bKash payment was successfully completed, the money was deducted from my account, and I have a transaction screenshot as proof. Despite this, my Free Fire account still shows only 2 diamonds and I received 0 diamonds from this order. Even though the payment went through and the order is pending, Diamond Top Up BD has not delivered the diamonds. I contacted their support about this issue, but I have not received any response from them. I request that Diamond Top Up BD either immediately delivers the 520 diamonds to my Free Fire account with UID 2814479123 or refunds the full amount of 1150 BDT to me as soon as possible.
