Missing Items with Vegas Platinum Ticket Purchase – Gameloft Unresponsive


I purchased a Platinum ticket in Vegas, but the outfits consistently arrive incomplete. Customer service insists the items are visible on my screen, yet they are not in my inventory. If they were, I’d simply use them, but this issue has occurred three times now.
I’ve even shared Gameloft’s customer service responses, which take three days per reply, and still, nothing is resolved. This repeated problem is frustrating, and I expect Gameloft to address it immediately. Missing items from a paid ticket are unacceptable, and I need a prompt resolution to restore the outfits to my account. Please fix this issue and improve the support process to avoid further delays.
