Private Metin2 PVP Server Rumeli2 Arbitrarily Bans Accounts After $1,732 Spend
I have been actively playing on the private Metin2 PVP server named Rumeli2 for a long time with my characters named Akhilleus and Medussa. To date, I have spent approximately $1,732 through my bank account on in-game purchases.
Today, I wanted to file a complaint against a player who openly insulted me in the game. However, because these individuals are personal friends with the server owner, no action was taken against the player who insulted me. Instead, despite not committing any rule violations, my characters Akhilleus and Medussa were unjustly banned. During the argument, the server owner used unprofessional and threatening statements toward me, such as "Since you're playing a pirate game, I'll have you locked up."
I have been subjected to unfair hardship due to both the substantial amount of money I spent and this entirely arbitrary ban decision. I evaluate my experience on the Rumeli2 server within the context of fraud, copyright infringement, and property rights violation, and I believe players' effort and payments are in no way secure. For this reason, I am filing a formal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and making the necessary notifications to Gameforge, the official publisher of Metin2.
I demand that a necessary investigation be conducted regarding these arbitrary and unfair practices by the Rumeli2 private PVP server administration, that the unjust sanctions on my account and characters be lifted, and that my hardship regarding my in-game purchases be resolved. I request that necessary actions be taken by both the Rumeli2 management and Gameforge to prevent other players from experiencing the same situation I did.
