Gameforge.com Kicked Me Out of the Game Permanently Saying I Earned Inappropriate Won

I was kicked off of my Met***Ru** (Charon) character because I got won from a player who said, "I'm quitting the game, take these won." The reason given was that the won that was received through the trade system was not acceptable to the game's management. I don't know about this situation in the game, though. In real life, you take money from strangers, even if you think they got it in a sketchy way. If you don't, you might get in trouble. I was hit with a permanent ban, and even though I insisted I had nothing to do with the incident in question and asked for a more thorough investigation, the authorities refused to help me. Since I've put thousands of Turkish Liras into this game, I want the wrongs that have been done to be fixed. If there is going to be a punishment, I don't think it should be a permanent ban. I think I was unfairly eliminated from the game and wasn't given the chance to defend myself. The repeated claims that they couldn't help have had a negative effect on my mental health, and I need this problem to be fixed right away.
