Clash Royale Banned My iOS Account Without Warning After Dispute
I have been playing Clash Royale since its release, and my iOS account was suddenly banned in April after a verbal dispute, without any warning or explanation. I believe my account was banned solely because it was reported. I only recently realized the ban date, and since then, I have been unable to access my account. I spent about 400 TL on in-game purchases, and all my progress was linked to my Supercell ID.
I contacted the Clash Royale support team about this issue, but I only received an automated response, and my problem was not resolved. My account no longer appears under my registered email address, and the login codes being sent do not reach me either.
I played fairly by accepting the terms of service and always used my account securely. I have never used third-party software or committed any rule violations. I request that my account be reinstated and, if necessary, that I be provided with a detailed explanation.
