Game Rewards Not Credited After Completing Levels In Multiple Puzzle Games

I am experiencing reward issues in several games within the same partnership network, especially Screw Out Factory Puzzle 3D. For the past 3 days, even though I have been completing levels, no rewards have been credited to my account. This has happened to me twice before in similar games, but this time, rewards stopped appearing right from the beginning, which pushed me to file this complaint.
When I previously contacted support, I was told that rewards would be credited within 48 hours, and I have screenshots of that conversation. However, despite the promised timeframe, the rewards were never added to my account, and the issue is still ongoing.
I request that all accumulated rewards I earned by completing levels be fully credited to my account and that a thorough review be conducted to permanently resolve this issue.
