Freecash.com Stopped My Cash Reward After Reaching Level 28 in Sunshine Island

I was playing Sunshine Island through Freecash.com and successfully reached Level 28, where I was supposed to receive a cash reward. However, after reaching this milestone, the reward was not credited to my account. I have since progressed to Level 33 and still have not received any updates or payment.

I’ve been waiting for over a week for this issue to be resolved, but no information or response has been provided. Freecash.com, this lack of communication and failure to deliver promised rewards is unacceptable. I request an immediate explanation and resolution to this problem.
