Freecash Did Not Credit My $9 Reward After Completing Tile Master Pro Offer

I completed the task in the offer section by playing the Tile Master Pro (Tile Plaster Pro) game through the Freecash app. I reached the required level in the game and even played up to level 1000. However, despite more than 3 weeks passing, the promised $9 reward has still not been credited to my account.

My Freecash ID is 34672704. When I opened a support request through the app, I was told that the reward would be added within 72 hours. However, that time has long passed, and no reward has been credited, nor have I received any follow-up response. As shown in my screenshots, I have opened multiple support tickets over the past month and uploaded all the requested proof showing that I completed the task, yet there has been no response.

I request that the $9 reward I earned for completing the Tile Master Pro offer be credited to my Freecash account as soon as possible.
