Free Cash Burning Rewards Not Paid - Money Missing

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with the “Burning Rewards” offer for Dreams through Free Cash. I completed the required levels before the expiration time and met all the conditions shown in the offer. Despite this, my payment was not made. I was supposed to receive two separate payments of 35 and 38 dollars. I completed the offer 14 days ago, and the payment was due yesterday, but nothing has been credited to my account. When I contacted support, I was simply told that I must have done something wrong, such as using a VPN, and that I was therefore not eligible, even though I did not violate any of the stated rules. I request that my account and the “Burning Rewards” completion status be checked in detail and that the missing rewards be credited, or that I be given a clear and concrete explanation, with evidence, as to why the payment is being withheld if the offer is considered invalid.
