Freecash.com Restricted My Withdrawal Access For Absolutely No Reason
I created a Freecash account and started using the platform to complete offers and earn money. After accumulating a total balance of $35 purely from completing offers, I attempted to make my first withdrawal via PayPal about seven days ago. Immediately after trying to withdraw, my account was restricted from making withdrawals without any explanation. Following this, I completed the KYC ID verification successfully, but despite passing the verification, my access to withdrawals has still not been restored, and I cannot access the money I earned. I contacted Freecash multiple times through the live chat feature and via email over the course of more than three days. After repeated attempts, I finally received a response stating that my account would be reviewed and that the process could take up to 48 hours. The 48-hour period has long since passed, and I have not received any further update or explanation. Over the last five days, I have followed up several times via email and chat, clearly stating that I did nothing wrong, did not use a VPN, did not violate the terms and conditions, and did not engage in any suspicious activity. Despite these efforts, I have not received a single reply since their initial message about the 48-hour review. This situation has been very discouraging because I spent real time and effort completing the offers to earn that $35, and I feel I am being blocked from accessing money that I rightfully earned. My Freecash ID is 56577304, and the email linked to my account is derek_bianc***@hotmail.com. I request that my withdrawal restrictions be lifted as soon as possible so that I can access my balance, and that I receive a clear explanation of why my account was restricted in the first place.
